About Us: Skill It Academy is a fast-growing EdTech company committed to making students industry-ready through practical, project-based learning. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full Stack Java Mentor to assist us in shaping careers and guiding learners to become job-ready developers. Role & Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Java Mentor, your primary responsibilities will include mentoring students in Full Stack Java technologies, clarifying doubts, and explaining complex concepts in an easily understandable manner. You will conduct live sessions and workshops covering topics such as Core & Advanced Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript & React, and Data Structures & Algorithms. Additionally, you will guide students in developing real-world portfolio projects, offer assistance in resume building and interview preparation, monitor student progress, and provide personalized support. You will also be involved in drafting projects, collaborating on curriculum, and content creation. Being a proactive problem solver for student technical queries is an essential part of this role. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Core & Advanced), Spring Boot, JavaScript & React, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Basic to Intermediate System Design. Strong mentoring, communication, and teaching skills are required, along with a genuine passion for helping students succeed in their careers. Bonus Points: Candidates with prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience will be preferred. Experience in content creation or contributing to curriculum design is a bonus.
