What you will do

Lead Architect

Specifically, you will:

• Build and scale core product modules using Python, FastAPI, and React
• Integrate LLM agents into the data pipeline workflows
• Create clean, modular REST APIs and connect them to frontend UIs
• Build dashboards and interfaces to visualize AI transformations
• Collaborate with design, ML, and QA to ship features quickly and iterate often
• Work closely with UI designer to build the front-end.
• Optimize system performance for large-scale structured datasets
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code with good documentation

???? What you will work with

• Frontend

  : React (preferred), TypeScript, Tailwind

• Backend

  : Python (FastAPI or Flask), Postgres, Redis

• Infra

  : Docker, GitHub Actions (basic CI/CD), Linux

• AI layer

  : LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LLM agents

• 4+ years experience in full-stack or backend-heavy roles
• Strong in

  Python

  , REST APIs, and backend architecture
• Comfortable with

  frontend integration

  and clean UI handoff
• Experience working with

  structured data workflows

• Strong debugging, version control, and code hygiene habits
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Bonus (Nice-to-Haves)

• Exposure to

  LLM frameworks

  (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience working on

  agent-based systems

  or prompt-driven pipelines
• Healthcare domain experience
• Familiarity with multi-tenant apps, async tasking (e.g., Celery, RQ), or basic DevOps
