Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: You are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with expertise in Java Spring Boot, React.js, IoT system architecture, and a strong foundation in DevOps practices. You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance IoT solutions, leading full-stack teams, and collaborating across product, infrastructure, and data teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable and secure IoT platform architecture. - Define data flow and event processing pipelines. - Architect microservices-based solutions and integrate them with React-based front-ends. - Define CI/CD pipelines, manage containerization & orchestration. - Drive infrastructure automation, ensure platform monitoring and observability. - Enable auto-scaling and zero-downtime deployments. - Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs. - Mentor and lead a team of developers and engineers. - Conduct code and architecture reviews, set goals and targets. - Provide coaching and professional development to team members. - Conduct unit testing, identify risks, use coding standards and best practices to ensure quality. - Maintain a long-term outlook on the product roadmap and its enabling technologies. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on IoT project experience. - Experience in designing and deploying multi-tenant SaaS platforms. - Strong knowledge of security best practices in IoT and cloud. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills. - Experience with Edge Computing frameworks, AI/ML model integration into IoT pipelines. - Exposure to industrial protocols, digital twin concepts. - Certifications in relevant technologies.
