The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in building the backend infrastructure for our innovative platform
You will work closely with the Full-Stack Engineering Lead and a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable back-end services and high-quality user interfaces for our web application You will have the opportunity to collaborate across the full stack, leveraging your full-stack capabilities to contribute to the overall success of the platform

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement distributed and scalable back-end services using modern programming languages and frameworks
Collaborate with front-end engineers to build APIs that facilitate seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components
Develop and maintain data models using relational or NoSQL databases
Implement robust security measures to protect user data and system integrity
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Stay up-to- with the latest advancements in back-end technologies and best practices
Design, develop, and implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional and performant web applications

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in back-end development with a strong understanding of server-side programming languages (Python preferred)
Experience with relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus
Experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with a modern front-end framework (React preferred)
Experience with building responsive web applications for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience building and deploying APIs (REST, GraphQL)
Experience with implementing security best practices
Proficiency in writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for building innovative and scalable back-end systems
Experience with full-stack development (front-end technologies)
