You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the services provided to clients are both effective and efficient. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks and databases, ensuring seamless integration. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
