Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Xalt Analytics Pvt. Ltd. based in Indore, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to create robust digital platforms that enhance user experiences and drive customer growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js, designing and implementing scalable subscription modules, and establishing asynchronous event-based systems with RabbitMQ for real-time microservices communication. Your code will adhere to industry best practices, be well-documented, clean, and testable. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure timely feature delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of full stack development experience with expertise in Next.js, React ecosystem, and RabbitMQ. You should also have a strong background in subscription billing modules, backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs, as well as experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential, along with a solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of GraphQL, API versioning, experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and familiarity with logging, monitoring tools, and error reporting platforms. A passion for clean UI/UX design and performance optimization is a plus.
