Full Stack Developer - Senior

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Dandelion Tech, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of scalable applications by utilizing your expertise in JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, and cloud platforms. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing relational databases, implementing caching solutions, developing complex APIs and algorithms, and deploying applications on AWS and GCP cloud infrastructures. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate leadership capabilities by leading and mentoring a development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, overseeing project management tasks, and troubleshooting and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Your strong problem-solving skills, experience in debugging complex applications, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices architecture will be invaluable in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development, proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Next.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi, strong database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL, expertise in Redis for caching and performance optimization, and experience with AWS and GCP cloud services. Additionally, experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring project delivery, along with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices architecture are required.
