As a Full Stack Developer at FedEx, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions. Your role will involve front-end and back-end development using a variety of technologies and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to provide end-to-end solutions. Responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and deploying software throughout the development life cycle with minimal supervision. Documentation support for the development process, working with databases, APIs, servers, and networks, utilizing programming languages for robust solutions, and developing Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework are key aspects of the role. You will integrate cloud services (Azure, GCP, PCF) for building scalable applications, develop RESTful APIs, utilize Spring REST API/JPA for data handling, and write SQL queries to optimize database performance. Unit testing using tools like JUnit and Karma, setting up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and ensuring responsive designs for optimal user experience across devices are crucial responsibilities.
