Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Software Engineer in the Product Support team, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining full-stack applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework. Your tasks will include building and consuming RESTful APIs, writing efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, as well as designing and improving front-end components using Angular and TypeScript. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders globally will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with active participation in Agile ceremonies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework. - Build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs. - Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions; review execution plans. - Design and improve front-end components using Angular and TypeScript. - Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Document progress and updates through Azure DevOps, Teams, and email. - Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a global work environment. Qualification Required: - Must have technical skills in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and LINQ. - Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript is essential. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server Queries, Stored Procedures, Execution Plans, as well as experience with Git & GitHub for version control. - Familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, and API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia. - Nice-to-have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services. - Soft skills include excellent written and verbal communication in English, ability to document technical details clearly, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, effective time management, and a collaborative and proactive team player.
