Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development:

  Build and maintain modern, scalable applications using

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

  .

• Collaborative Architecture:

  Work with UI/UX designers and product teams to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Best Practices:

  Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability.

• Performance Optimization:

  Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across both front-end and back-end.

• CI/CD & DevOps:

  Contribute to continuous integration pipelines and deployment automation.

• Database Management:

  Design efficient MongoDB schemas and queries for high-volume datasets.

• API Design:

  Develop RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints for front-end and third-party integrations.

• Real-Time Capabilities:

  Implement live features using WebSockets or similar technologies.

• Team Collaboration:

  Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning in an agile environment.

• Tech Exploration:

  Keep up with the latest developments in the MERN ecosystem and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years

  experience in full stack development with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Proficient in

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

  , and responsive design principles.
• Experience with

  Redux

  or other state management libraries (nice to have).
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs

  , microservices, and optionally GraphQL.
• Familiarity with

  Git

  ,

  GitHub/GitLab

  , and collaborative development workflows.
• Working knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Exposure to

  Docker, CI/CD pipelines
