Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development: Build and maintain modern, scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Collaborative Architecture: Work with UI/UX designers and product teams to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions. Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability. Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across both front-end and back-end. CI/CD & DevOps: Contribute to continuous integration pipelines and deployment automation. Database Management: Design efficient MongoDB schemas and queries for high-volume datasets. API Design: Develop RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints for front-end and third-party integrations. Real-Time Capabilities: Implement live features using WebSockets or similar technologies. Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning in an agile environment. Tech Exploration: Keep up with the latest developments in the MERN ecosystem and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years experience in full stack development with a strong focus on the MERN stack. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive design principles. Experience with Redux or other state management libraries (nice to have). Solid understanding of REST APIs , microservices, and optionally GraphQL. Familiarity with Git , GitHub/GitLab , and collaborative development workflows. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies . Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
