Full Stack Developer (MERN)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support. You will collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and design efficient components using the MERN stack. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing efficient backend and frontend components using the MERN stack - Developing robust and scalable APIs with Node.js and Express.js for seamless integration - Building responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js - Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic for optimal performance - Writing efficient and well-documented code following industry standards - Debugging and resolving software defects and technical issues - Conducting thorough testing with the QA team to ensure performance and functionality - Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards - Staying updated with industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement - Contributing to enhancing development processes and team efficiency - Assisting in project timeline estimation and progress updates The ideal candidate for this position should have: - Experience in building RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js - Solid understanding of the MERN stack and its components - Knowledge of database systems, especially MongoDB, and data modeling - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React - Experience in writing unit test cases with frameworks like Mocha & Chai - Ability to build performant and SEO-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js - Designing and developing backend services with Node.js and Express.js - Working with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval - Collaboration with design, backend, and project management teams - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Participation in agile ceremonies, reviews, and deployments - Hands-on experience in rendering NextJS apps using SSR and SSG - Expertise in Server Actions and API routes - Understanding of core web vitals This is a full-time position located in person.,
