What you'll build

This full stack developer position is currently open for the best-in-class cloud-based Business to Business e-commerce product. You will be working on Ariba Strategic Contract Management. The engineer will be responsible for end to end feature development from requirements, design, and development of software components across global deployments at scale. The primary areas of technology this team works on are Java, Web, REST, Micro services, Angular JS, Spring and Spring Boot. Will be part of a sprint team in developing the features in a fast paced development environment.

• Write design specifications, and subsequently implement and unit test the software
• Work closely with solution managers, architects, user interaction designers, and QA engineers.
• Presenting ideas for system improvements and building POCs.
• Assist in customer adoption of new features.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 to 7 years of experience in coding web based applications in Java
• Knowledge on UI based technologies such as Angular JS, bootstrap, React etc.
• Sound knowledge of Computer Science areas and fundamentals.
• Strong in Application of data structures and algorithms.
• Good hold on HTTP protocol and related technologies
• Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications, change management principles
• Should possess understanding of least one RDBMS system
• Basic UNIX/Linux knowledge
• Knowledge of Application Servers, Web Servers, HTTP, HTML, XML, REST, Web Service
• Knowledge on building applications in microservice environment using spring boot.
