Key Responsibilities
- Build InfoGrowth ATS (resume database, search engine, recruiter dashboard) - Develop Chrome extension to extract candidate data from Naukri - Build backend APIs (Node.js + Express/NestJS) - Build frontend UI (React/Next.js) - Integrate AWS S3 for resume storage - Implement authentication (JWT) - Optimize database queries (MongoDB/PostgreSQL) - Work with interns to delegate smaller tasks - Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control - Support future projects like Rock Freight portal

- Strong JavaScript fundamentals - React or Next.js - Node.js + Express/NestJS - MongoDB or PostgreSQL - REST API design - File upload handling - Authentication (JWT) - Git/GitHub - Basic AWS (S3, EC2)
