Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

NCS is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and deployment layers. You will be responsible for building scalable systems, ensuring engineering best practices, and mentoring junior engineers in coding, system design, and DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Feature Development & Architecture

• Architect and build end-to-end features across React frontend and Python/Java backend services.

• Lead integrations with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Dify, and LangChain.

• Design and optimize databases including PostgreSQL, Milvus, PG Vector, and AI Search.

2. DevOps, Deployment & Observability

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.

• Work with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Set up monitoring and observability using Grafana, Langfuse, MLflow, and Arize.

• Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across all services.

3. Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior engineers on coding standards, GitHub workflows, and DevOps best practices.

• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews and process improvements.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong proficiency with React and Angular.

Backend

• Hands-on experience with Python and Java.

• Strong understanding of API design and system architecture.

• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).

Databases

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL systems.

• Expertise in PostgreSQL, Milvus, PG Vector, and AI searchoptimized databases.

DevOps & Cloud

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, MLflow, Arize, Langfuse).

Candidate Requirementsve

• Preference for immediate joiners or candidates serving notice.

• Target joining: December 2025.
