Full Stack Developer - Front End+Backend (CMS/Web Portal/Mobile/App)

Role & responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will build and maintain Bhimas e-commerce applications across web and mobile. You must have strong knowledge of both frontend and backend frameworks. This role requires ensuring seamless customer experiences and robust technical delivery.

You will be responsible for developing responsive UIs, building APIs, and ensuring system performance. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, QA, and IT leads will be part of daily work. Strong coding discipline and adherence to best practices are critical.

This role is ideal for an experienced developer who can independently handle modules, support integrations, and optimize application performance for high-traffic e-commerce platforms.

1. Develop responsive web & mobile interfaces.
2. Build and maintain backend services and APIs. 3. Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility. 4. Optimize performance and scalability. 5. Integrate third-party services and tools. 6. Collaborate with designers and QA. 7. Write clean, reusable, testable code. 8. Conduct code reviews and mentor juniors. 9. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. 10. Implement CI/CD practices. 11. Document systems and processes.

1. Frontend tech: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design.
2. Modern frameworks: React.js (Next.js), Vue.js or Angular; component patterns. 3. CMS & Commerce platforms: Magento 2 theme/module dev, Shopify Liquid, WooCommerce. 4. Backend languages/frameworks: Node.js/Express, PHP (Magento), or Java/Spring. 5. API design: REST and GraphQL (Apollo), API versioning and contract testing. 6. Databases: MySQL/Postgres and a NoSQL option (MongoDB) + data modelling. 7. Caching & CDNs: Redis, Varnish, CloudFront for fast product pages. 8. Payment gateway integration and secure transaction flows. 9. Testing: Jest, Mocha, Cypress for E2E, unit and integration tests. 10. Build & bundling tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn; performance tuning. 11. Containerization & CI/CD: Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins for automated releases. 12. SEO, accessibility (WCAG) and web performance (Lighthouse) best practices.
