Full Stack Developer Fresher

As a Full Stack Developer (Fresher) at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to kickstart your career by working on real-time projects and gaining hands-on experience in full stack development. In terms of employment, you will be under an Agreement Period of 3 years from the date of joining, which includes a Probation Period of 6 months. During probation, you will be expected to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). After successfully completing probation, the regular working days will be 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). There will be regular assessments during probation for confirmation and future growth planning.
