Full Stack Developer

As a Frontend Developer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and developing user interfaces using React.js. - Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Integrating front-end elements with server-side logic using Node.js. - Optimizing components for performance across various devices and browsers. - Collaborating with backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience. - Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development. As a Backend Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Integrating front-end elements with server-side logic to ensure smooth interaction. - Implementing data storage solutions using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. - Writing efficient, secure, and performant database queries. - Ensuring the high performance and responsiveness of server-side applications. - Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the backend stack. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development. Common Responsibilities for Both Roles: - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, designers) to deliver high-quality products. - Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. - Continuously improving and growing both your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Following best practices for version control using Git. Qualifications Required: - Minimum BE/MCA or MTech with at least 2 years of experience. Frontend Developer Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. - Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). - Experience with Redux or other state management solutions. - Knowledge of CSS (including pre-processors like SASS or LESS). - Familiarity with Node.js is a plus for server-side integration. Backend Developer Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js. - Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and implementation. - Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of server-side templating languages is a plus.
