About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to help design and build scalable systems that

power high-impact applications. In this role, you will primarily focus on backend

developmentdesigning APIs, integrating with partner systems, and scaling platform

infrastructurewhile also contributing to frontend experiences when required.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, enjoys solving complex

technical challenges, and is passionate about building intelligent, automation-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build robust backend services and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js or Python to

support integrations, automation workflows, and scalable systems.

Develop intelligent browser automation and agent workflows using Python, leveraging modern

frameworks and cloud-based tooling.

Implement automation solutions with modern browser automation tools such as Playwright,

Browseruse, Browserbase, or Stagehand.

Take ownership of core systems, including authentication, data pipelines, messaging, and

observability infrastructure.

Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities

and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Contribute to frontend development in React where full stack context is required to ship features.

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while shaping architecture and system design.

Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, and performance optimization.

Uphold best practices in compliance, data privacy, and secure development.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer, with a strong backend orientation.

Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Python for backend development.

Hands-on experience with browser automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase,

Stagehand).

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with asynchronous workflows, job queues, and third-party integrations.

Experience developing and deploying automation workflows in cloud-based environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code.

Exposure to healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) or other regulated environments.
