Job Description: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing startup. You will be responsible for designing and developing a custom ERP application that includes various modules like Finance, HR, Payroll, and Manpower Hiring. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies and have a deep understanding of ERP systems in a business context. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with the founding team to understand the business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of the application. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a custom ERP application tailored to business needs, specifically focusing on finance, HR, payroll, and manpower hiring modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and transform them into functional software solutions. Create scalable, high-performance web applications and ensure their smooth integration with back-end systems. Implement user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for employees, HR, finance teams, and management. Maintain code quality, write unit tests, and follow best practices to ensure efficient and bug-free development. Handle database management, schema design, and integration with front-end components. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications. Continuously learn about emerging technologies and software development trends to bring fresh ideas to the team. Languages & Technologies: Back-End: Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, or similar languages (open to suggestions based on candidate's expertise). Front-End: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or other modern front-end frameworks. Database: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Version Control: Git/GitHub or similar tools. Experience in Developing ERP Modules: Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, especially in finance, payroll, HR, and hiring processes. UI/UX Design: Experience with creating intuitive and responsive UI/UX designs for enterprise applications. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient systems. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory). Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Familiarity with ERP tools and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
