About Riverline

Riverline is building the bank of 2035, which will leverage AI to serve personalised financial services to millions of credit-starved Indians.

As you know, today at Riverline, we have AI agents deployed across call, WhatsApp & email, which communicate with thousands of borrowers every day, who are unable to repay and communicate to understand their situation and help them repay. These AI agents are always here to listen. They never get tired, and they persistently follow up.

Were a team from IIT Madras, CMU, Stripe and Navi, backed by South Park Commons, GradCapital and DeVC - using AI to supercharge credit-wellness in India.

Working Day : 6 days ( HSR Layout)

What we’re looking for

• 0-3 years of experience building software and AI applications.
• You couldn’t care less about tech stack - you care about what ships by tonight.
• You don’t wait for open-source libraries to support you - you patch, fork, or build your own.
• You’re addicted to momentum - move fast and break things
• You can explain what you’re building to a 5-year-old.
• You get paranoid if things don’t move.

What you’ll do

• You’ll build the best verticalized voice AI solution in India, which is second to none.
• Be across the stack - whether it’s frontend, backend, AI or infrastructure.
• You’ll figure out how we’ll scale our agents 100X (and then another 100X, and again) from here.
• You’ll stitch together open-source frameworks, LLMs and business logic into something magical.
