Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the recruitercandidate marketplace platform using

  Python and Vibe coding tools

  .

• Build AI-powered backend tools in Python

  for candidate/recruiter scoring, recommendation engines, and content analysis.
• Build

  frontend features

  with

  JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS

  .
• Implement core systems: recruiter directory, candidate/recruiter rating system, and recruiter tools/resources hub.
• Ensure authenticity by designing systems that keep comments, reviews, and ratings transparent and genuine.
• Create a content hub with educational resources for recruiters and job seekers.
• Take ownership of product development from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in

  Python

  with ability to build

  AI backend tools

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  JavaScript and TypeScript

  .
• Proficiency in

  React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS

  for frontend development.
• Familiarity with

  Vibe coding tools

  : Cursor, Lovable, Bold, Emergent.
• Knowledge of

  Generative AI / LLMs

  (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar).
• Passion for building community-driven platforms.
• Fresh graduates welcomeenthusiasm and drive matter more than years of experience.
