Fulfillment Technician

Role Overview: You will be part of the Fulfillment team responsible for auditing digital assets before delivery to platforms and ensuring assets are delivered efficiently to the desired destination. Your role will involve tasks such as transcoding, watermarking, metadata creation, troubleshooting playback and metadata errors, as well as coordinating with different departments for task processing. Key Responsibilities: - Audit digital assets before delivery. - Deliver assets using various modules/software. - Transcode, watermark, and create automated & manual metadata. - Troubleshoot playback and metadata errors. - Track and update tasks. - Communicate with different departments for task processing. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital media & entertainment industry. - Proficiency in editing/creating metadata (xlsx, csv, xml) and troubleshooting errors. - Basic knowledge of digital content errors/bugs related to audio, video, subtitles, closed captions, etc. - Understanding of Audio & Video codecs, audio configurations, video properties, and related issues. - Familiarity with digital workflows like transcoding, watermarking, etc. - Knowledge of digital delivery methods such as Aspera P2P, Aspera Faspex, FTP, S3 transfers, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel. Mac-OS experience is a plus. - Strong English communication and writing skills. - Basic experience in Quality Check of digital assets. - Flexible to work in different shifts and under tight deadlines.
