#wiprohiring #wiprohire #FM #Fulfillmentmanager Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 8 to 20 years Roles and Responsibilities: Should have minimum 5+ years of good exposure as Fulfilment Manager with TSC/WMG team. Should be able to work with multiple account/teams/stake holders for fulfilment, should own Net-add targets and other metrics of WMG. Should be able to publish fulfilment dashboard for Critical accounts and share the same with Leadership as and when needed. Should have experience in owning end to end fulfilment internally and driving Talent acquisition team for external fulfilment. Should be able to drive Team of more than 5+ associates for meeting respective fulfilment plan followed by Net-Add targets on weekly basis. Should be able to own the bench for particular SL and work with the Competency team/ WMG team/ Delivery team for getting them into billable role, investment. Prior experience in driving Daily/Weekly/Quarterly Targets will be added advantage. Should be able to manage overdue and ensure to have Zero/Minimal overdue. Should be able to multitask and stretch as per the business needs. Should have excellent communication skills. Should have working skills in MS Excel, Power point and other MS office applications.
