Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Description

The candidate would strictly be involved in the Evaporative emissions system involving carbon canisters and leak detection Design and Release.
If the candidate lacks Evaporative emissions experience, any fuels background would support this role and we could train them the fundamentals accordingly.
Extensive automotive experience is preferred.
Product engineering experience preferred.
Prototype experience is preferred.
Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) preferred. Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) preferred.
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) preferred Belt certification preferred.
Solid understanding of system/component design preferred.
General understanding of NX, Teamcenter and CoDeP preferred.
Knowledge in injection molding / blow molding processes.
Knowledge of mechanical and fluid dynamics virtual simulations.
