Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract requests and terms meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Providing guidance and support on contract-related matters, including interpretation of process requirements.
  • Supporting the management of contract requests, renewals, amendments, and terminations, as necessary.
  • Supporting the monitoring of contract performance and raising awareness of any issues or disputes so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
  • processing and verifying invoices, scheduling and making timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Key tasks also involve managing expense reports, handling vendor inquiries, collaborating with other departments, and preparing financial reports
  • Shift Timmings- 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift )

  • Both Sides Cab available
