Fry Master

🔥 Role Overview:   We’re looking for a high-energy Fry Master to lead the frying station in our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be responsible for delivering perfectly fried items crispy, golden, and delicious sea food while maintaining speed, consistency, and food safety. If you thrive under pressure and know your way around a fryer like a pro, we want you on our team. 💪 Preferred Skills: Experience in large-scale food production or catering. Ability to train junior staff in frying techniques.   🎯 Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain deep fryers, griddles, and other frying equipment. Prepare and cook fried items such as snacks, meats, seafood, and vegetables. Monitor oil temperature and quality to ensure optimal frying conditions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the frying station. Manage inventory of frying ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. 🧑‍🍳 Requirements: Proven experience as a Fry Cook or Frying Master (1+ years preferred). Knowledge of various frying techniques and cuisines. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene protocols. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
