Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Frontline B2B Cold Calling Agent specializing in Software Development Services, based in Hyderabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, initiating cold calls to prospective clients, presenting software development services, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for the sales team. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet outreach goals and provide feedback to improve strategies. Additionally, maintaining an updated client database and accurate records of all interactions is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills for B2B cold calling
• Strong understanding of Software Development Services and IT solutions
• Capability to research, identify, and analyze potential leads effectively
• Experience in managing client databases and CRM tools
