Frontend Visualisation Developer

Role Overview: Join Mondelz International in supporting the business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results. As a senior engineer, you will be an expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing Semantic Layer for business self-service consumption and project implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders - Work with external partners utilizing analytics tools and processes - Utilize models/algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends for driving long-term business performance - Convey the business analytics agenda to stakeholders effectively - Work closely with Mondelez D&A projects to guide, control, and build efficient Data Solutions that are Self-Service ready - Create/design templates and best practices related to Semantic, data modeling & Visualization - Lead Power Bi & Semantic training - Consult & assist in project execution as the key point for expertise - Keep current, test innovation & new functionalities for production usage validation - Participate in the semantic & visualization Community of Practice success Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, Master in IT-related field preferred - 7+ years experience in Consulting or IT leading implementation of data solutions - 5+ years of experience in Semantic Layer, Data Models, and KPI calculation - 3+ years Power Bi / Dax experience, GCP/Big Query data sources is a plus - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and strong problem-solving skills - Experience in leading complex data design with multi-dimensional models and custom aggregations - Understanding of Machine Learning and Statistical forecast activity is a plus - GCP and/or Azure data solutions certification is a plus Additional Company Details: Mondelz International's purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering a broad range of delicious, high-quality snacks made with sustainable ingredients and packaging.
