Position Overview: We're looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with 23 years of experience to join the team on a 6-month full-time contract (with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements). This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore (3 days/week from office). Roles & Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. Convert wireframes and UI/UX designs into fully functional components. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with an eye for usability and accessibility (WCAG standards). Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and server-side logic. Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality. Stay current with frontend trends and proactively suggest improvements. Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of live interfaces. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 23 years of professional experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency in ReactJS , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Solid understanding of object-oriented JavaScript and frontend best practices. Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Gulp, or similar) and preprocessors like SASS/Stylus. Experience working with RESTful APIs and responsive web design. Ability to independently build, deliver, and own features end-to-end. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub side projects. Experience working at a product-focused company. Familiarity with additional frameworks like Angular or Vue.js. Exposure to unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
