Frontend Developer

As a Front-End Developer based in Mumbai, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, MSCIT, BSC IT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Your role will involve working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with deep expertise in Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) principles and practical applications. You will be responsible for developing user-friendly web pages, maintaining and improving existing websites, and optimizing web applications for performance. Your proficiency in building complex interactive experiences, implementing creational and structural design patterns, and working with Single Page Applications (SPAs) will be essential. Your skills in React.js and/or AngularJS, along with experience in Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and front-end performance optimization techniques, will be crucial. You should have a strong understanding of responsive design principles, including fluid grids and building responsive/adaptive websites using frameworks like Bootstrap. Collaboration with back-end developers and web designers to enhance usability, creating functional requirement documents and user guides, and prototyping web interfaces will be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, staying updated on emerging front-end technologies and ensuring high-quality visuals while maintaining brand consistency across web properties will be expected. Your expertise in test-driven development using tools like Jest, familiarity with snapshot testing and code coverage, and knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices will be valuable assets. Basic understanding of relational (MySQL) and non-relational databases is also desirable to succeed in this role.,
