Role Overview: As a Front-End Development Engineer at Shoshin Tech, you will be a key player in the development process, responsible for creating the client side of web applications. Your expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, CSS, and HTML will be crucial in developing responsive user interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new user-facing features using React.js / Next.js and integrate them with backend services. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future scalability and efficiency. - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code to bring UI/UX designs to life. - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across devices and browsers. - Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to enhance usability and aesthetics. - Implement security measures and data protection in front-end architecture. - Stay updated with emerging trends in front-end development and continuously improve practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio. - Expertise in React.js, Next.js, and understanding of the MERN stack. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, asynchronous request handling, and AJAX. - Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, NPM, and Babel. - Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. - Experience with Git / GitHub and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
