Based in Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana, this full-time position requires the candidate to work from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with only the 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components using React.js, along with related concepts such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. Your duties will also include optimizing front-end performance, as well as documenting the front-end codebase. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a deep understanding of JavaScript, React concepts, and progressive web applications. Moreover, you should exhibit excellent front-end coding skills and the ability to develop modern user interface components that enhance application performance. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the development team to brainstorm user interface ideas, reviewing application requirements and designs, identifying web-based user interactions, creating responsive user interface components using React concepts, and designing UI for mobile, web, and desktop applications. Additionally, you will write application interface codes using JavaScript, debug application codes, develop front-end architecture, monitor and improve front-end performance, and document application changes. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience as a react.js developer. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages is essential, along with knowledge of React.js tools like Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Experience in server-side rendering, user interface design, and performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest is also required. Strong troubleshooting skills, project management abilities, and a passion for innovation are key attributes for success in this role.
