Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in ReactJS to join our product development team. You will be responsible for transforming creative designs into high-quality, responsive web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be essential in integrating our frontend with backend services, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Role & responsibilities

* Build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS, GraphQL, and Micro Frontends (MFEs)

* Translate Figma designs into interactive, pixel-perfect interfaces

* Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers (PHP/NodeJS/Python), and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment

* Write clean, maintainable code, and enforce best practices in version control, testing, and code reviews

* Ensure applications are optimized for speed and scalability across various devices and browsers

* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

* Collaborate with the team using Microsoft Azure DevOps and Azure Repos to maintain a smooth CI/CD pipeline

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the product development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development

* Strong proficiency in React especially with Hooks, Context API, and component design principles.

* Solid hands-on with GraphQL for front-end/backend integration

* Solid understanding of NodeJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

* Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand and Context API

* Experience working with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to translate design prototypes into functional UI components

* Strong understanding of System design, Data structures and Algorithms

* Familiar with Nx mono-repos, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and trunk-based development

* Understanding of backend technologies NodeJS, PHP, Python and RESTful API integration, asynchronous request handling (AJAX)

* Proficient with development tools e.g., Webpack, Babel • Understanding cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards

* Experience working in agile/scrum teams

* Skilled in agile methodologies, refinement, estimation, and team collaboration

* Excellent communicator and a proactive problem-solver

Preferred candidate profile

* Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)

* Exposure to backend technologies and understanding of full-stack development

* Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
