As a Frontend Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. - Implementing reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use. - Collaborating with backend developers and designers to translate requirements into functional interfaces. - Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for speed and scalability. - Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving front-end issues and performance bottlenecks. - Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. - Staying up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks. To excel in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of professional experience in front-end development. - Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, or Zustand). - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and basic backend integration. - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. - Basic understanding of Angular (an added advantage but not mandatory). - Experience working in an Agile development environment. It would be nice to have the following additional skills: - Experience with modern UI libraries or frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Chakra UI. - Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. - Understanding of SEO best practices for Next.js applications.
