Frontend Arts - Senior Oracle HCM Cloud BI Developer

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in developing OTBI and BI reports. Proficiency in designing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions is essential. A strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks will be beneficial. Your ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making will be crucial. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required. You should also possess a demonstrated understanding of business processes and data structures in HCM modules. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is key to success in this role. Experience in troubleshooting BI reports, performance tuning, and data visualization is expected. You should be capable of independently managing end-to-end report development.
