Job Description

Job Title: Front-End Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

Front-End Lead Engineer

oil & gas

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a front-end development team; establish coding standards and best practices.
Architect and develop complex Angular-based applications.
Collaborate with product and backend teams to align on requirements and technical solutions.
Drive front-end performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
Guide code reviews, technical discussions, and cross-team collaboration.
Ensure high code quality and maintainability through modern development practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years
of front-end development experience, with
strong Angular (10+) expertise
.
Proficient in
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
, and modern front-end tooling (Angular CLI, Webpack, Node.js).
Experience with
state management (NgRx/Redux)
and
REST API integration
.
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.
Exposure to
.NET-based APIs
and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Agile development experience.
