Job Description:

Konnect Imaging & Diagnostics is seeking a Front Office Billing Executive to join our customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will manage patient interactions, perform billing operations, and ensure smooth front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
• Register patients and verify details accurately in the system.
• Generate invoices and collect payments (cash, card, UPI).
• Coordinate with doctors and technicians for appointment scheduling.
• Maintain records of daily collections and submit reports.
• Address patient queries politely and professionally.
• Handle insurance billing if applicable.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing/front office operations (healthcare or diagnostics preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with diagnostic/Healthcare billing systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
