Front Office Trainer

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions as per project curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments for students.
• Track trainees’ progress and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation as per project norms.
• Support trainees in developing employability, soft skills, and job readiness.
• Coordinate with project staff for assessments, placements, and overall training quality.
• Mobilisation of students
• Retention of students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Barni Hat, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• English, Hindi (Preferred)
