Police Dept, Forest dept, electricity dept, GST range office, Local Village headman, etc. · Ensure the various record keeping of Stores, Main Gate, Mess, Attendance, Stock Registers, or any other registers are up to date. · Checking overtime records · Guidance to Junior Staff for their responsibilities with respect to Sales, Purchase, HR, Etc. · Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations in plant · Monitoring and controlling commercial aspect of the operations including raw material, consumables and finished goods stocks. · Coordinate with respective Production and other Departments to understand breakdown issue and ensure timely resolution · Timely audits and checks to prevent wastage, damages and implement preventive maintenance through various departments · Co-ordinate emergency response in case of a medical emergency Job Specification/Requirements: · Diploma/BE/B.Tech/ BBA/MBA/ B. Sc or equivalent who has a rich experience in administration. · Candidate is required to stay in the Plant Premises · Should have rich experience in Lead Alloys Industry as GM/AGM. · Should be well versed with General Administration. · Strong knowledge in technical aspects of production, quality and maintenance · Need to handle the team for execution of orders. Experience Required- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as GM or AGM in any Lead Alloys /Steel/Cement Industry/ Mining or any other Heavy Industry.
