We are seeking hotel industry experienced a well-spoken, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, manage front desk operations efficiently, and ensure a seamless guest experience during both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently Manage guest queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs Maintain accurate guest records and process payments Oversee night front office operations (for night shifts) Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during night duty Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Requirements: Male candidates only (due to night duty requirements) Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and conduct Additional Benefits: Living arrangements provided by the hotel Meals during duty hours Opportunities for career growth in the hospitality sector
