Job Responsibilities:

we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Parent Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and play a key role in fostering strong relationships within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders at all levels—both verbally and in writing.
• Support the Admissions Team and Principal in driving student enrolments.
• Manage parent queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless parent experience.
• Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and admissions data.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office software.
