Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks (data entry, filing, documentation).
Guide visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
Handle customer complaints or queries politely and efficiently.
