Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and well-maintained
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Coordinate with other departments as needed
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Provide basic information to clients or redirect them to appropriate departments
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven work experience in a front office or customer-facing role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude
