Edify School, Mahabubnagar, is seeking a courteous, well-presented, and organized Female Front Office Executive to handle front desk responsibilities and create a welcoming experience for parents, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist parents, students, and visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Attend to incoming phone calls, enquiries, and walk-in visitors efficiently
• Share clear and accurate information regarding admissions, school schedules, and policies
• Maintain visitor logs, front office records, and related documentation
• Liaise with admission, academic, and administrative departments for smooth coordination
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and official correspondence
• Provide support for general administrative duties as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (prior experience in a school front office will be an added advantage)

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Pleasant demeanor with effective interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of computers, MS Office, and email communication
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
