Hiring: Female School Principal – Edify School, Andhra Pradesh

Edify School, Proddatur, is hiring an experienced and committed Female School Principal to lead the academic and administrative operations of our CBSE school.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and standards
• Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Plan and implement staff training and development programs
• Maintain effective communication with parents, students, and stakeholders
• Promote a safe, disciplined, and student-focused learning environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head) in a CBSE school
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education Qualification

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
