Front Office Executive (Receptionist)(Male)

Apple Hospital is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Office Reception Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude.
• Manage incoming calls, transfer to appropriate departments, and take messages accurately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain and update patient records in our database.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about hospital services.
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
