Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Dear Applicant, Greetings!!! We have an urgent requirement of Front Office Executive (FOE) who can stay back in the campus for our Residential school at Shamirpet. Responsibilities: Greet students, parents and visitors at front desk Maintain professional and pleasant while interacting with guests Should be able to answer phone calls, handling fax machine and provide information to others in a clear and concise manner. Take messages and pass them on to the receiver. Coordinate with admin team during the dispersal time of the students. Should be able to prioritize tasks and keep the desk and files organized. Play an important role in maintaining a positive image for the school. Maintaining school records such as admissions database, staff attendance, etc., Should be able to answer questions related to school. Should be able to use computers, phones and other devices to perform the job duties. Keeping the front office area tidy and observing professional etiquette. Receive postal letters, couriers/deliveries and ensure it should reach the right person. Performing other administrative tasks, if required. Requirements: Qualification: Any degree Experience: 1 year of experience with similar role in any reputed school Gender: Female (Should be ready to stay back in the campus) Should have good communication. Should have CBSE work related experience.
