Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Reply to messages Provide information to callers Greet people/person/visitor entering organization Direct a person/people to correct destination Deal with queries from the visitors and staff Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Provide general administrative and clerical support Prepare correspondence and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering Monitor and maintain office equipment Control inventory relevant to reception area Tidy and maintain the reception area Key Skills : Required Experience and Qualifications Graduate/ Under graduate Good Communication Skill Only Females candidates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
