Job Location: Raipur JOB DESCRIPTION: Role: The Incumbent must be a Graduate with 5 years+ of experience as Front Office / EA to Director in any Industry . Salary : Upto 45k in hand. 6 days a week 9:30am to 6:30 pm JOB DESCRIPTION managing the MD's schedule, communications, and critical business activities. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Travel: Managing the MD's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including visa/accommodation. Communication: Handling the MD's correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication. Documentation: Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the MD. Meeting Preparation: Organizing meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared, including preparing agendas and briefings. Administrative Support: Maintaining the MD's office systems, managing contacts, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Stakeholder Management: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Event Support.
